We, parents and family of the students currently attending St. Agatha Catholic School and/or parishioners of St. Agatha Catholic Church located in Miami, FL want to show the support to Rev. Father Rolando G Garcia as our pastor. Although this 3rd and most recent allegation brought against Father Garcia on September 6, 2012, we believe that Rev. Father Rolando G Garcia is innocent, as he has testified and has passed a polygraph test (lie detector) regarding this accusation. It is also important to let everyone know that during his 12 years of pastoral service at St Agatha, no accusation has been filed by any student, their family or parishioner of this School and/or Church. We want him to have a fair trial, that is, without partialities, external pressure or prejudgment, as every citizen is entitled to, and that the complete truth comes out and, based on the Court decision, the according actions be taken, being confirming his position as Pastor of the St Agatha Catholic Church and School or removal if he is found guilty. Many parents and parishioners have called the Archdiocese of Miami in support of Rev Father Rolando G Garcia and we believe that God is the true judge of all of our priest and we as Catholics should not judge them but pray for them. We believe that the Archdiocese of Miami will follow it’s procedures that apply for these cases and take decision based on the results of the litigation without interfering the truth and always in benefit of our School and our Church.
