Ensure All Are Heard: Support Evening Meetings for Forsyth County

Why are the commissioners afraid of their constituents? Why don't they want to serve the public by meeting this need? Most working people can't attend these important meetings at 2 in the afternoon. Why is this board so loath to join an obvious public good?

Evening mtgs help more people to attend board mtgs. Please change these mtgs to evenings permanently.

Representation OF, BY and FOR the People. Transparency guarantees Accountability.

Most commissions and boards like this hold meetings when the public can attend. Forsyth Board of commissioners should do the same.

Change the time to 6:00pm. So that people have a chance to get to it. Take down sanctuary cities in North Carolina.

Please conduct regular evening meetings so your constituents can learn and participate.

Evening meetings are essential so that the community can come, listen and provide feedback to the county commissioners.

People who work during the day and do not have the luxury of taking time off should be allowed the opportunity to attend City Council meetings in the evening.

The public must have access to speak to the county commissioners in person. For working people, a 2 pm meeting is impossible. In fact, a meeting starting at 6 pm is also unrealistic.

Teachers and other public service workers cannot attend these meetings, nor can working individuals without job flexibility. It is truly not a conducive time to hear the people's voice.

Please hold monthly evening meetings so that you can hear from a bigger, more representative group of voters.

The Forsyth County Commissioners will serve the county best by providing open meetings at times that the general public can attend. Please hold your monthly meetings in the evenings.

Evening meetings are critical for public involvement!

Please give us an evening time for these meeting so our voices can be heard!
