Fantastic facility for women young and old of all different ages and shapes and sizes. Tackling body confidence, obesity and mental health with a good laugh on the side.

This small business is reducing the strain on an already overstretched GP & NHS service in Whalley, by supporting people get / remain fit. The council need to recognise this and support small businesses.

Emma is fantastic at what she does. Her business not only promotes physical health but the impact she has on mental health cannot be underestimated. She makes ladies feel so at ease when exercising so without her gym many women would miss out on this vital service she provides.

Can't believe this is happening again. This gym has helped me regain my fitness and a bit of normality back in my life after having a baby, and the location is perfect. I really hope people see sense!!

Emma's classes bring people together and I have seen first hand that it motivates locals to not only get fit but to live a healthy lifestyle. I moved to Clitheroe a few months ago and didn't know anyone, but attending this gym gave me a sense of community and fun.

When Ribble valley council allow a gym to be built in whalley in an area with no parking facilities and surrounded by business units it beggars belief that they would kick you out when you are both providing the same service but you have parking!!! Bizarre!!!

We need to support and encourage health and fitness along with well-being in this country.
