Anyone who wouldn't support dual immersion for our children is crazy! It's a win/win for our community & our children!

learning a second language develops the brain in ways that can't be replicated in any other way. Children learning a second language do better in math, music and understand their native language better. It has made a huge difference for my son!

Dual immersion benefits our students in so many ways. I can't imagine that the District wouldn't support this program in our schools, beginning with elementary and on up through the seconday level.

I definitely support dual immersion and want it to continue to grow in Washington county. I also want to see it go through to the secondary levels, with the possibility of earning college level credits in high school!

The DLI program is such an asset to the economy of our community and was also one of the main reasons we kept our children in the public school system instead of homeschooling or montessori. The option to participate should be available in every school to every student who desires to have that opportunity. We expect the district to support this program all the way through to the secondary levels. We appreciate the forward thinking that it took to provide these programs and allow for their growth in our district for the benefit of the students.
