Thank you to members of the ACC board whom I believe to have acted responsibly. We need to have structure and guidelines and compliance to keep our homes at fair market value.

I fully support enforcement of the CC&R's which we agreeded to when we chose to build here. We have lived here for 9 years and have a difficult time understanding why others who have come later won't abide by the same covenants that they agreeded to. We have wonderful friends here and I believe that the majority of them also support the CC& R's. It seems totally unfair for a minority group of latecomers to be such a loud voice for descent.
