We live in a democracy, don't we? We have freedom of speech. Please ensure that the Lobbying Bill is amended to allow charities and campaigning groups to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.

It is important that the Environment lobby is heard and not suppressed as these issues are all too often pushed aside using the excuse of economic austerity policies. In a democratic society it is important that views are encouraged and heard before decisions are taken.
