This legislation has the potential to reduce what participation there is in democracy in this country to a spectator sport, not the type people go to and shout and holler at but one where people sit at home watch for a minute or two before switching over to watch "Celebrity Bake Off" instead.

Democracy should reign. Give the people who are concerned with speaking out on important issues affecting our planet. Government should not ride roughshod over its people and it is unacceptable to try and pass the Lobbying Bill without further discussion.

I am very keen that the rights of charities and campaign groups to lobby in parliament should be allowed to continue as before.

---A BILL THAT SHOULD BE WITHDRAWN IMMEDIATELY !!!--- If the above GAGGING LAW is passed into legislation, not to be alarmist, I would not be surprised to see Civil Unrest, Riots and a Break down of Law and Order!!! Take away the Peoples Right, to form groups to lobby on their behalf and you are left with Anarchy and all that Anarchy entails!!!. . . This Bill is not "Cricket" to turn a phrase, It most certainly is not in the tradition of what is considered British, it lacks Honour, Respect and any Regard for the peoples hard and long fought democratic rights, the right to Lobby, Pamphleteer and Petition started with The Levellers in the English Revolution/Civil Wars (1642–1651) Ended with the Parliamentary victory at the Battle of Worcester. It is now up to The House of Lords to pick up the Levellers batten and represent the people to bring down this bill. . . A DOG'S BREAKFAST OF A BILL THAT SHOULD BE WITHDRAWN IMMEDIATELY !!! I trust you will support us in this matter, after all I feel sure you and I would not wish to return to the pre-war times where in 1637 John Bastwick, Henry Burton, and William Prynne had their ears cut off for writing pamphlets!!!. . . Yours sincerely. . . D Davis...

What a liberty. We all have the right to be heard.
Charities must be able to lobby.
I support these amendments
