The implementation of a leveled playing field of health, safety, environmental and labor regulations that apply to growers in California could not be understated, it ultimately in fact would REVERSE Years of Poor Laws & Representation and STOP the Decay of the California Avocado Industry into Foreign & Corporate interests !!!
