Having Coeliac disease means eating out safely is nearly impossible unless you find a 100% gluten free cafe like Cafe Henkel. Please approve their request so they can continue to trade.

Having frequented the Henkel Cafe on many occasions and being a Coeliac Disease sufferer I am terribly disappointed the Moreland Council want to make it even harder for me to eat out.

as a resident of the Moreland council, I think it would be a great loss if we no longer had this wonderful cafe

Cafe Henkel is fantastic and a life saver for Coeliacs like myself. The comfort of eating out without worrying about getting sick is a rare thing and places like this are so important!

Cafe Hankel offers coeliac disease sufferers a safe haven for having food without the stress of getting sick just for eating out. Food places as such are far and in between and need to stay open to support such a community.

Good luck. We need places like this everywhere not just in Brunswick. Have an open mind Council and think about it if one of your family or friends had allergies or tolerances.

My son can not eat out anywhere safely. This is the only place he can eat without fear of becoming incredibly unwell. We would love to be able to have our family functions next door knowing he can eat everything. Please please approve this application

This type of venue would be invaluable in Melbourne and likely to increase trade for surrounding and related local business. Come on Moreland, what's the hold up?

There are very few dedicated gluten free dining options available.
Having a venue for events or casual dining where coeliacs and those with gluten intolerance and their families are able to eat without the worry of being sick by gluten cross contamination or miscommunication is a valuable asset to the community.

Please speed up your council approval processes. Imagine being gluten intolerant yourself and never knowing if your next corporate function event will make you sick.
