Council need to process this request ASAP so those with food intolerence can also continue to enjoy the experience of dining out and having a ‘safe’ place to purchase food for take away events. If a local family are putting themselves out there and running at no profit to date, why would council not do all they can to keep them in business ? Aren’t we about letting the people have a go, especially if there is proof that it’s a sort after product? Please get on board Redlands Council. Thank you

Coeliac sufferers have very few places they can eat without the worry of cross contamination. How fantastic would it be to hold a gluten free function!

Please don’t let a small business fail because of red tape and slow processes. Vet important business for all those suffering coeliac disease, and a shame if it has to close because of council dragging its feet!

Cafe Henkel is a quality addition to Moreland. Staff are courteous and inclusive of diversity- which is rare for Coeliac's. The cafe is a jewel in Morelands crown. It is in an industrial area and behind what used to be a reception centre. Please allow Coeliac's to have a true gluten free venue option.

This cafe has been a major part of many lives of my friends who are coeliac. It isn’t always a choice to eat gluten free, and many restaurants don’t understand how it can affect a person so much if they are fed gluten, or how hard it is to socialise and eat out when you’re not sure if you will be literally poisoned by the food. Cafe Henkel is valuable to the wider community, and deserves to keep serving the gluten free community

This cafe is awesome, the best Coeliac/Gluten Free cafe we have ever been to. We will definitely visit again so that my wife and young son can enjoy lunch/snack without the worry of getting sick.
