Great use of a space that is currently a run down eyesore waiting for squatters & vandals to pounce. I've walked my dogs here since 2005 and it will be great to have a coffee in such a lovely park.

How fantastic for Richmond families to have somewhere we the children can eat and play in the grass.
As a cricket parent it will also allow us to actually eat breakfast every summer morning when we have to be at that ground from 7:30am - 12 noon.

I think this will be a great use of the building and will add a more social aspect to the park. I look forward to enjoying a coffee while the kids play in the park.
