What a great use for this historic building. The park is great for kids and so under used. It will be great to be able to get a coffee while the kids are playing and there won't be any amenity impacts because residential buildings are so far away which is important to me as a Richmond local.

Why deprive the locals and visitors in utilising community assets currently dormant and unappreciated for sustainable development, this supports the greater communities vision for added opportunities to include both community and family friendly urban spaces to enjoy for the long term. Thankfully driven by proactive innovative people that can ultimately bring forward the practical outcomes that user groups can appreciate
