140 indoor parking spaces & no changes to the exterior or cutting through the roof of this historical and beautiful building.

What a GREAT idea!!!!!!!! It's the talk of the town, everyone is so excited. the city has nothing like this for the public to enjoy and gather. i can not think of one draw back to this lovely proposal. And NO to anymore HUGH APARTMENT BLDG. in the East End, you're strangling us........

It will stink but it will get used! not to mention the people coming in to watch games just means hotel business and revenues. Us locals may be able to use it from time to time as well.

Truly concerned that citizen voices are not being heard by residents and developers like Walnut Capital get exclusive inside information.
Do what the residents want. A facility that supports community activity is best for the area!

The last thing Shadyside needs are MORE condos. An ice skating rink, track and cafe sound great. BUT, make sure you don't squeeze out the tax payers from using the facility. Like renting it out to groups out of the neighborhood like the city did with Sterrett 's new gym.

An indoor ice rink would be awesome. If it also had a climbing wall or other sport use -even better! Parking does need to be considered as should the Emerson street access for Sacred Heart Church & school & DePaul school.
Let see youth development not more appartments.
