What a fantastic idea, the best part is not to much would have to be done to this great open space, historical building.

An ice rink would be a great use of this space and another great Pittsburgh attraction.

To whom it may concern:
Please consider the ice rink proposal. City residents deserve the opportunity to enjoy sport facilities such as this in the heart of the city. What an awesome venue for children and adults!

We got permit parking not very long ago, because nearby apt bldgs were charging too much rent for a parking space, & people were parking on our block (3 blocks from the Armory). If 106 unit are put in with only 70 parking spaces, where are all those overflow cars going to park? They need 212 parking spaces or cut way back on units if someone foolishly allows the developers to turn the Armory into an apt complex. Another new huge bldg was just erected 1 block away on Shady Ave. We are being overwhelmed by apt construction.

The Hunt Armory is a public resource that should not be turned over to a private developer. And Ice rink would be a a wonderful amenity for the people of Pittsburgh.

Great Idea, we have no ice rinks in the city (outside of schenley park) for kids to learn the sport. All rinks are located at least 20 minutes outside of city limits

I can see the Hunt Armory from my bedroom window. We do NOT need any more high-density apartments in the neighborhood. In addition to proving a year-round skating facility, the ice rink proposal offers community spaces for groups to meet. That is much more neighborhood-friendly.
Please, Lord, make this happen.
