The last thing this city needs is more swanky apartments that most can't afford or a business "incubator". An ice rink along a bus route could benefit everyone instead of just a few.

Yes!! A much needed ice surface. I have been playing ice hockey for 16 years and finding ice is very difficult in Pittsburgh!

The community does not need more apartments.
They need this hockey rink and they need the opportunities it brings to the community.
This is an incredible open structure space, and what a more beautiful way than to use it as a recreational space. Beautiful development.

There are few rink options for people who live in the city, in terms of proximity, and this would provide the perfect opportunity to recycle the space.

The City desperately needs an indoor rink, to avoid continually losing skaters and hockey players to the suburbs. Schenley is great, but weather-dependent, and it's getting worse as climate change progresses.

I live in Bloomfield and would love for a rink close to home.

In a city that lacks (in quantity and quality) recreation opportunities. The ice rink is a great idea. We have basketball and tennis courts galore in the city limits, but only ONE, uncovered, ice rink. To our shame we only have one, mediocre, golf course. There are plenty of vacant facilities that could support a business hub.

Currently, no ice rinks reside within the city limits besides PPG. This means that young people in the city have to travel outside their means or not be able to skate. A rink in the city would offer kids the option to take up new sports and provide a great hang out for the community.

Please bring a rink into the city, again. City residents have to travel out of the city for ice time.

Do we need more apartments? Nope. An ice rink (or at least *some* kind of indoor activity center, in the city? YES. Please consider this.
