City children would appreciate a place where they can have fun!

By far, an ice rink will provide the greatest benefit to the largest number of residents while providing a year-round amentity to the local school students and all residents. We are oversaturated with apartments and office space. The overly dense concentration in East Liberty has caused serious decline in the quality of life. Excessive drive times, constant disruptions from construction and a lack of parking are some of the significant problems it has created.

An ice rink would be amazing! With all the students and young families in Shadyside, you will never lack for customers. We have enough apartment buildings and business incubators. We need more fun things for people to do!

Ice rink would fill a need for a recreational facility in an area populated with young upscale residents. It would also not have the invasive affect of another apartment project or an office!

There are far too many apartments in this area that current residents cannot afford. Similarly, there is a glut of commercial space. Please consider a choice that would benefit the community as it stands now.

I live in the East End and would love access to an ice facility and new activity for my kids. In particular looking for programs tailored to special needs children and young adults.

The last thing the East End needs is an apartment building. An ice rink is a great idea.

What a great way to make use of this architectural landmark without destroying its archtectural integrity, all while building a sense of community. Pgh

I live in Point Breeze and my son attends Sacred Heart near the Hunt Armory. This community needs more recreational spaces for children and adults in the area. In my view this would be an ideal use for the space and preserve the building for public use.
