Argun is a much loved part of our community. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and it’s way more than a great stationer and printers … it’s somewhere where the service has always been impeccable. They can’t be pushed out!

It's a valuable resource for our area...and it's great to have an independent business. They have been here at least as long as I have been living here 20 + years

Awful to hear about the potential closure of Argun stationers. It’s a local institution and should remain as such

It would be such a shame to see this shop leave our high street. Many years of service to generations of people in hackney. Patiently helping with printing issues and so knowledgable about all things stationary, arts and crafts. If the landlords will is unavoidable - I hope that the council will help to find them an alternative property near by.

It’s a disgrace that the organ station is lease has been cut short for what reason absolutely shocking. This can’t be allowed to happen to any businesses that have been there for years. What will it be replaced with? If it’s new business? That would be totally unfair? I think they need to be told exactly why the lease is being cut short, I’m sure they had plans for the Future still being there .
Of course all the roads are going to be closed they wouldn’t have that many customers anymore as a local business for 30 years. I’m absolutely shocked and saddened to hear they’re being abused like this by the council..

I've lived here since 1995, they have always done my printing. It's a ruined world where we devastate communities for greed

I fully support this petition. It's tragic that businesses that have been operating for over 35 years are turfed out. They are an essential service in this area, supplying schoolchildren, and adults with stationery and print services.
How can you just turf out a successful family business! Its unethical and cruel!
