This shop is a part of the Hackney community, my daughter and I love this local independent shop, and sadly we are losing shops like this. it’s important we support this sort of business it’s a part of the local cultural heritage.

Vital and vibrant local store and resource - useful for all parts of the community - students, school children, small business owners and households, It provides services to so many especially those who don’t have easy digital access, such as the elderly or those on low incomes. Please rethink the eviction and rent issues.

We don’t need another night club, more drunk people and more disruption. Argun is an institution and it is of service to the community. Everyone comes here to print, buy stationery and all kinds of things, it’s a historical shop!

Been going to Argun for the past 12 years, truly an asset to the community and a necessary pillar in terms of business. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. We don’t need any more alcoholics in the area !

It’s often said that Hackney is a unique Borough and in my experience that is true. In this case, I can only recommend for the benefit of the investor, to look beyond the obvious “model” and properly understand the value in this tenant. Don’t shoot yourselves in the foot and then regret it. Think about you reputation and relationship with your local communities. It will pay off.
