Your shirt was cool, no feminists i am aware of are in the least bothetred by it (though many are bothered by the abuse you got) so don't fret on it. Dear Dr. Taylor, I'm very sorry some stupid people tried to spoil your celebration, they should be ashamed. They may not like your shirt (IMHO it's quite cool) but that doesn't give them the right to bully you because of it. You and your colleagues have done something great for which you deserve people's respect and admiration - the success of Rossetta mission is an amazing achievement. Congratulations and thank you for your work!

Howdy Matt. Great job. I work in the spacecraft engineering sector as a research engineer. And I can promise you that when I get my day in the spotlight (again) I will absolutely be wearing an awesome shirt. I will make sure that my cartoon females are wearing appropriate attire however (burkhas) , and toting AK-47s. That should keep the fake feminists (and ISIS) happy. I'll be sure that my shirt is made in an ethical factory as well. Because unlike those who have invested in the "This Is What A Feminist Looks Like" T-Shirt trend, I wouldn't want my garments to be manufactured in a 3rd world sweatshop where the women receive 25 bucks per week. Ciao!!

Narrow minded "feminists" complained about Dr Matt Taylor wearing a shirt that was a gift from a friend on a day that should have been a highlight for all humanity not just for a brilliant man and team at ESA. They then had the nerve to say the shirt was stopping women from entering STEM while their comments will probably make some scientists feel that they don't want to do anything that could get them media coverage as they may then get hate just like Dr Taylor did for wearing a shirt that made him comfortable in a very stressful situation. Dr Taylor and his team deserve an apology from the media and the "feminists" for trying to distract the world from their incredible achievement.
