Matt Taylor, you make me proud to be human. Congratulations to you and your team on this stupendous achievement. (And hey, I thought the shirt was pretty cool.)

Please keep strong and this will pass, remember what you have achieved and that we are all thinking of you and supporting you. I am so sorry you were bullied so publically, and I would describe myself as a feminisit!!. Your shirt was very retro sci/fi so I got it. You are a good person so please dont be too upset. If anthing I have now noticed there was project with your team and Mars, in my toddler induced fog, so you have raised some awareness!!!

Fantastic achievement Matt and team! I personally enjoyed the shirt and should not feel that this event in your life should be used for an agenda. Thankyou

Not to sound crazy, but you are a hero. Forget the shirt (though totally awesome), forget the publicity, the landing was a spectacular accomplishment that deserves praise. And as an avid follower of space and science, I was deeply saddened by the reaction to this. An over-privileged group of children masquerading as adults have abused their power and caused so much damage from a defenseless position. Do not let it stop you my good man, and as I'm sure you're aware, you have many supporters and few are falling for these horrible accusations. I tried to find a replica of your shirt only to find it sold out at every opportunity. For lack of creativity and to seize every opportunity to be predictable, I'll end with a quote used in a good space adventure movie, even if the science was flawed. "Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

Dear Dr. Taylor, you and your friends are absolutely awesome. And so is the shirt. You are being rudely and needlessly harassed by a handful of people. They are wrong. The rest of us are right. And you are totally bitchen. Love and aloha from Hawaii.

Hi Matt. I have a space cadet since the days of Mercury all the way to the fantastic mission to land and probe on a comet. Love the shirt, love your work and love the tats. Hang in there mate. Your name will be remembered in the annals of science long after this storm in a tea cup is long forgotten.

Congrats on your accomplishments. Unfortunate that feminists focused on your shirt (which is awesome by the way) rather then your accomplishments. It's funny because they fight for being noticed for what they do rather then what they wear or how they look. So why did they suddenly turn on the concept they supposedly believe in? Well anyway me and a bunch of people on imgur would like to tell you how awesome you are, and to congratulate you on your incredible accomplishment!!

You are awesome. You make me wish I'd stuck with astro-physics. You have inspired many to get involved in science and engineering with this incredible project. You've just made history! When people look back on this, they won't care what you were wearing, they'll care about how amazing it is. They'll look back at the people who complained and wonder "why?". Your shirt doesn't change how inspirational you are. You shouldn't have had to apologise for it. You are awesome.

Seriously dude, you're making history. You're also not keeping females down. If people want to think female sexuality is "oppressive" that's their loss.
