I didn't know the shirt was a big deal and now it's all over the news. Yes it is obnoxious, but no more so than an average Hawaiian shirt. I am female, and I like science, and comic con, coach purses and ski hats with Mohawks. And I think pin up girls are sexy, as does my boyfriend. Matt, you did a cool landing on a comet and wore a silly shirt. Realize that there are tons of us females out there that look at it just that way, not as an attack on me as a woman. You make science more interesting. Congrats!

To quote certain Internet critic/octopus about SJWs, "If you think women are so fragile and weak as to be put off going into science by a shirt then I'd say you might be sexist."

Keep being strong dude, you were part of the crew that landed a probe on a freakin' comet. That's one heck of an achievement! Be proud of yourself and don't let these people who hate you for your shirt get to you. The shirt isn't sexist at all, so just ignore those people, they complain about everything.
