Take comfort in the fact that for every 1 of them there are 100 of us. People who are interested in the science and legistics of what your and your team accomplished.

Your accomplishments represent the best and brightest of humanity. Those who focused on your attire of all things, at the cost of tarnishing such an incredible and irreplaceable event for both the species and a fellow human being, are cruel and myopic, and their petty vitriol isn't worth a moment of your attention.
