I'm signing because, it is not up to ONE person's ideals, what should and shouldnt be put before all elected officials and then put mainly before the people and citizens that those elected officials are SUPPOSED to represent. I believe that the people should be heard. And that it should be each individuals right to seek a better quality of life, especially when the current laws are unjust

medical marijuana has more medical benefits than any man made chemical made on earth. there are no harmful or deathly side effects. god would not have told u in the bible to take up herb to heal yourself. NO WHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES IT SAY TO TAKE UP A MAN MADE CHEMICAL that is HARMFUL and POTENTIALLY DEADLY.

I, my husband and our 32 year old son are all disabled and are under a doctor's care for several of the illnesses on the list. I believe the medical marjuana would be better medical treatment than taking narcotics. The side effects from the narcotics are far worse on us and our bodies than the marjuana would be!

I believe it should be legalized. I've done my share of research on Marijuana and I've also known some that has used it, and have never seen any harm from it. Yes there is such a thing as to much of it but it's like anything else, there's always to much. Marijuana should be legal not only for medical purposes bit for recreational use as well, because the government can put a tax on it like they do alcohol and tobacco, after a while we would be able to have money for the state to fix the schools, the roads, the buildings, etc. I believe it would be helpful to legalize it, to stop putting people in jail for a little Marijuana and start focusing on the real drugs like methamphetamine, cocaine, heroine and so on. Marijuana can be used to help the people suffering from diseases like cancer, fybromialgia, restless leg syndrome, cerebral palsy and the people who have been injured that are suffering from serious pains. Even alcohol is more harmful than Marijuana, alcohol is known for DUI'S and domestic violence causing others to get hurt. Marijuana can help the people struggling with PTSD from going to war, and help relax those who suffer from stress and being overwhelmed. I think it should be legal, as long as people doesn't use it when they're working or doing anything that needs complete focus. I hope someone actually reads this and think about it, maybe even take it into consideration. Thank you.

i have a grandson who has. Seizures. No meds have worked to stop them. He deserves an opportunity to try what has helped so many children with seizures!

I need to use medical marijuanna for chronic pain, ptsd and other life threatening issues. I had to move from my home state to California to be able to seek my treatment choice. Now all my money goes to California and I'm very far from home.

This is medicine, not a drug.
