look at the positive effects, they far out weigh the negative. I know nothing of a positive from alcohol or tobacco. Marijuana has great benefits.

I watched my 22 year old best friend suffer from the pain involved with dying of stage 4 inflammatory breast cancer. she had tumors all throughout her body. it hurt to take deep breathes, cough, and move certain ways. had she had access to medicinal cannabis, I believe her pain in suffering could have been minimal during her last weeks of life. I also think it could have helped her stress, anxiety, and panic attacks during treatment. I just want others suffering from such conditions to have an alternative to help ease them through the hardships of dying of cancer. thank you for your time.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the age of 16 and none of the medications they have put me on work unless they were a narcotic. I personally don't want to spend the rest of my life taking narcotic pain medications that can possibly damage my liver, kidneys, etc. Marijuana does help relieve the pain and also helps relax the muscles that for me stay tense and are almost always sore.

I believe this would lessen the amount of prescription narcotics for pain and anxiety. Alabama has the highest prescribed narcotics and it's killing teens and people in their 20s, 30s, 40s. I hate pills. Marijuana can't kill you, pills can yet are legal. our prisons are overcrowded with petty drug charges. PLEASE pass this bill!!

why not use something natural to cure instead of all the other addicting harmful prescriptions.

because it's ridiculous how many families are being destroyed by pain pills in this, when Marijuana is clearly a much safer alternative. Plus it's not 1955.

Anyone who is okay with alcohol but not weed is a dumbass. Not 1 single person has ever died from it or anything because of it. But look at all the bad stuff about drinking that happens. that stuff is fact that alcohol is very dangerous, but there is noactual facts about weed being dangerous like that.
