I think medical use would cut down on alot of pain medications overdose and addiction in my opinion an I would rather have a option with my pain management if I wanna use cannabis or pain pills I choose the natural one

I have stage 4 cancer, the chemo is going to make me sick and I'd rather not have to take more pills and would rather safely smoke marijuana to ease the pain and sick feeling that everything else is giving me

I have been dealing with the severe daily pain of fibromyalgia since age 14 now I'm 44 and it us awful .I have no quality of life due to this and doesn't make since why something natural isn't made legal for those truly need it and tired of all this pain. You people need to have sympathy on us.How you feel if your liquor came up to be illegal? Celebrating on national television drinking fine wine while us chronic pain suffers just try to cope on a daily basis.People drink and drive kill innocent people and never heard of a single person that has harmed a other due to marajana. Must be a money making market to make it legal.Disgusting to say the least.Pain killers are now even hard to come by and they bad for the liver. What sense does that make if you have any common sense?I rest my case. Please help all us that need pain relief from whatever it is we suffer.I wish fibromyalgia on nobody but maybe on the ones who keep it from being legal just to show them how painful it is.Then reconsider ...

Let's get something moving with the medical marijuana laws in Alabama. As one of the biggest opiate addicted states, it's possible that these percentages of overdoses will decline. Not only helps with pain, but helps me for my depression and anxiety I deal with daily. I've had doctors tell me to smoke a joint instead of popping these meds that can and will kill you.

I had cancer and am a survival, I have tried every one of prescription medication for pain that my Chemo damaged . it damaged my bones, muscles, severe here damage, memory loss, headaches, degenative disc disease.. Amount kidney damage. I have never liked taking pills. I don't drink. But to be able to try something that could help and no longer have to take pills for pain ,anxiety, depression, I would love me to at least try and see if it works. Drinking acohol from 2 ex- husbands ruined the last 36 years of my life. Although I don't think alohol should be legal ,it is and kills every day. Smoking cigarettes kill everyday, also legal. But to give students a chance at pain relief forever and not have to take a bag full of medications that eventually kill your liver, kidneys, memory, and any joy in life. You still can't give people the right to see if it helps a lot of illnesses that it has been proven to help is apparently voted on by people who have none of these problems or knows no one close that suffers every day is shameless. You have no right to say take a bag full of prescription medications instead of giving the s a choice is not your right..
