Support Alabama Senate Bill 326 For Medical Marijuana Use by Qualified Patients

More than half of my mother's family has died of cancer. My father is diabetic. I'm insulin resistant due to PCOS. My mother has glaucoma, and my husband and I are both on the autism spectrum. This is a plant that would help so much of my family, keep my mother from losing her sight, and also allows my husband and I to live normal, active social lives without constant sensory issues and anxiety problems. Please bring this plant back, legally, to Alabama, so that I can live a normal life without being considered a criminal. So that my husband can live a normal life without being considered a criminal. So that my mother does not have to choose between employment (and being able to pass a drug test) or whether she loses her sight. So that the next time the ugliness that is cancer strikes in my family, I don't have to watch another loved one die for a war on drugs we are losing, that is doing nothing for the American People but making criminals of people who need treatment.

I am a diabetic and I have cronic pain all the time so medical marijuana would help me in more ways than one. To all the Sentors of Alabama you need to read about the benefits of medical marijuana and see how it can help people and if you don't want to listen to the people understand that you will not have a job when it's time for elections cuz Alabama people know what they want and need and that is for you to pass medical marijuana in Alabama

My mother is 42, disabled. The doctors are unwilling to put my mother under, as it could make her go into cardiac arrest or worst. I have seen my mother take pills since I can remember. I was told that her liver looks like she has Hep C, but she doesn't. The pills not only affect her mental state, but her well-being. I do not want my mother to pass away at a young age. I want my daughter to be able to at least see her when she is not in pain, or at least not thinking about how much pain she is in. Please pass this bill. It would save so many lives.

i need this bill to pass because i was in a bad car accident as a child and have permenant neck and back damage from it. Marijuana is the only thing that soothes the pain other than pain medication and i refuse to become hooked on something so harmful

I need it because I have bad back pain and extremely flat feet so with my job I work my ankles swell up and hurt badly and I used to have a problem with pain meds so this would help rather than taking opiates for the pain

I suffer from constant, chronic pain from very serious spinal deterioration and will rejoice the day that I have an option to all of these awful pills I take daily! I know many other people who would also benefit from medicinal legalization. Don't you think it's about time we had an option? LEGALIZE NOW!

i suffer from PTSD, anxiety, and migraines. I have been prescribed at a minimum of 6different medications that I had to take every day. They made me feel like a walking zombie. After I quit taking the pills, and started using just 1alternative medication, I have now felt better than I have in years. This bill definitely needs to be passed. Not for just me, but everybody that benefit greatly from it's medical benefits. It could help thousnds and thousands of peple.
