i urge each and every member of congress to consider the unborn child's right to life. You must find it in your heart to honestly answer the question of when life begins. I believe life begins at conception and this petition is not restrictive enough by still allowing unborn children to be brutally taken from the womb. I implore you to stop making this a political issue about reelection and/or financial support but think about the unborn babies rights to be born and have a chance of living.
