Unfortunate to hear. Visited recently and surprised the building violates planning requirements. Appears largely in keeping with the surrounding area and thoroughly inoffensive.

My family and I travel over 450 miles to Cornwall every year. We always say we know we have arrived on holiday when we sit at Sunset Surf and have a coffee and snack. Sunset Surf is home from home.

Have spent many happy hours at Sunset Surf, Dougie and family have worked so hard on the renovation. Sunset Surf is such a large part of Gwithian for local people and holiday makers.

Please do not close Sunset Surf café. I am not able to visit that part of the country very often now but I look at the webcam daily just to reassure myself that it is still there!!
