This is a terrible plan for that parcel of land. I oppose this petition!! I do not oppose new homes, but not this many. There needs to be ample parking and consideration of the existing surrounding homes/neighbors.

Living in Charlotte there will always be growth and construction. I don’t oppose the development of the property, just the density of it. Even removing the 4 houses on Sunnywood and making that parking or something of that nature. Having any cars parked on the blind hill at the entrance would be dangerous and infuriating to deal with on a daily basis.

This plan is not good for present home owners and land owners or their children. The congestion will truly threaten the safety of all who already are property tax payers. Not to mention that the plan is esthetically inconsistent with the surrounding area. Please consider those who purchased their homes in good faith. Thank you so much for zoning protection.
