This is going to be a headache of major proportions.

Stop this development

Do not build!

Strongly opposed!

Poorly designed for the neighborhood which will increase traffic and congestion. Absolutely opposed!!

We need to stop this rezoning plan for the impact it will have on traffic along with the houses simply will not be appropriate or fit into the surrounding neighborhoods. 5-6 houses in that area would be fine, not 18.

I am against this development

The proposed development is on a lot at the entrance to my neighborhood. It is poorly conceived with little to no consideration for the current residents. I strongly oppose it.

I am strongly opposed to the rezoning of this property from R-3 to UR-1(CD). This conflicts in design and density with all surrounding neighborhoods, is unnecessary, and unsafe.

I strongly oppose the rezoning of this property from R-3 to UR-1(CD). This does not meet the local development plan and does not fit the intent of this residential area.

This is not the spot for a project like this!!!! This area should only be for single residence homes first and foremost for safety.

Squeezing a high density urban development in this area is wrong. This proposal would negatively impact the surrounding single family homes. I am against the rezoning effort.

Another developer trying to push a camel through the eye of a needle.

I oppose this rezoning. It will create more traffic on an already heavily used bypass towards Matthews/Independence. It DOES NOT FIT WITHIN SURROUNDING neighborhoods.

Enormous safety and traffic issues will be incurred inevitably if this construction is to begin.
