I oppose this rezoning in its current form. Only available parking for residents is garages. Driveways are 5' long, so too short for guest parking. 8-12 guest parking places for 18 units is insufficient. Overflow parking will spill out to neighborhood streets. Alley as shown is insufficient for 2-way traffic, and insufficient for delivery and emergency vehicles. Lots as shown on siteplan do not meet UR-1 requirements.

This development will not fit the surrounding community and will create traffic and parking issues.

Trash pickup vehicles will not be able to maneuver. Parking is inadequate for this many residents.

I strongly oppose this rezoning. Too many units and not enough parking for the size of the proposed development.

Please keep our neighborhood safe. This will add too much traffic to Sunnywood and N Sardis!

This development does not have adequate parking or road access. Owners will be parking everywhere and this is too many units!!!

This will not improve an already bloated 2 lane road (Sardis Rd N).

This will only cause unnecessary and unwanted congestion and the price point does not meet the demographic of the surrounding neighborhoods. This is absurd! We need more affordable housing not more pricey housing in not just my neighborhood but across our city.

I don’t think the plan has enough parking for the amount of units. Keep it R-3 and put 10 houses instead of 18 townhouses

Traffic in this area has become very heavy, especially at certain times of the day. Please don't add to the chaos.
This is too high density for this intersection.
