There are numerous reasons to oppose this: Traffic, Lack of on-site Parking(eight/8 additional spaces, need to remove Heritage and Speciman(very large Oaks) trees, non-compatibility with current typical 3 BR/2-2.5 bath single family residences on 0.3+/- acres each on three of four sides, vertical height up to 48 feet allowed, etc.

It's one thing to develop barren land, it's another to put something ridiculously out of place for the neighborhood. If you need to cramp that many units on a small property to cut a profit, you probably should have gotten a better deal on the "buy".

This lot is not big enough to accommodate 18 homes and, because they’re cramming them on such a small lot, there is not enough parking and road access for the development which will have a significantly negative effect on the traffic and access for the existing neighborhood.

This road is too crowded and it's a nice neighborhood. Wish they would build house that were similar to the ones already around the property.

The proposed development is much higher density than the adjacent neighborhoods. The proposed exit onto Sunnywood very near to Sardis Road North can be expected to create significant traffic jams.

It is terribly unfortunate watching these beautiful established neighborhoods be torn down for pop up developments. 3 acres of land was never meant to have these massive eyesores built so close together. We need to respect our land and privacy!! I say stop the building and stop forcing people and animals out of their homes!

Congestion, traffic problems, parking problems, think alley,change profile of solid single family neighborhood, increase density small area, encourage multi family zoning in established older neighborhoods impacting values of current homeowners. No promise of restriction overflow parking to neighbors because developers have limited space for three bedroom homes. Feel the run off pond is a health hazard for the entire surrounding communities and an in welcomed addition where there is none.
And no intent by developers to assume cost of maintenance and legal responsibility....
Disease, drowning , damage control, trespassing and death.

I used to live on Sunnywood Ln. before moving to Sardis Oaks Rd. and then to the Greylyn Apts. I hate the idea of squeezing in housing that will definitely ruin the feel and charm of our established neighborhoods.
