Stop destroying Charlotte!

Charlotte lacks livable zoning!!! They build high density housing with no green spaces. People will have dogs who end up relieving themselves on a small strip of greenery between the sidewalk and street. Scond, consider traffic increase and crime increase. City of Charlotte management of zoning should be shamed . High density living is not acceptable anymore. The only benefit it has is to the developer. No I do not support this "plan" . I ask our representatives on City Council and Zoning Board, Mayor and City Mgr NOT to approve this plan to rezone for the benefit of a developer who will not only NOT live there BUT probably is from out of State.

This area has increased in density significantly in the past few years without improvements to infrastructure.

This seems like a bad idea with some regret down the road.

This planned high density plan is completely at odds with the character and use of the established surrounding neighborhoods, and should not be approved in this location.

This is a horrible idea. These houses would cause nothing but congestion and discontent for the entire neighborhood.

Already have a traffic problem in the area.

This would have a very negative impact on our area! We already have more apartments being built than should be allowed for the area. This is not needed in our area.

I am totally against this. The area is zoned for SINGLE FAMILY homes.

Please preserve the look and feel of the entire neighborhood. We expect development, but there is no need to change current zoning..

We are not in favor of this rezoning request. Too many houses on such a small area of land and would cause an increase in traffic on Sardis Road North.

Eighteen houses on that parcel of land would/will be a total detriment to our community!!

We are overcrowded with two major Multi-family and affordable housing projects currently under construction at the front and side of our neighborhood. Approving zoning for this development on the opposite side of the neighborhood will be adding to the overcrowding. This will add additional traffic On Sardis Rd North and add encourage cut through traffic through our neighborhood. Please stop the overcrowding. You are ruining our property by allowing developers to over build. PLEASE STOP!

Public schools are extremely overcrowded. Road system is beyond capacity. Tree canopy will be demolished if this is approved.
