Too many homes, not enough parking, no on-street parking. This will become a burden to surrounding neighbors.

I live on Watergate Road and I am 100% opposed to this. We have enough traffic to deal with already as both Sunnywood and Covedale are "cut throughs" in our neighborhood. No no no. Please do not let this development happen. Look around, there are enough places for Charlotte folks to live around here....we don't even need more housing. What on earth are you even doing except looking to profit and land stripping?

I am opposed to disrupting the well-established lay out of the neighborhood.

Neighborhood needs to be kept at a single-family residence. Multifamily units and high air density should be maintained on Monroe Road. Unit size of the proposed development is not consistent with the individual residential units of the neighborhood and is likely to decrease neighborhood values per SF over the long term when proposed units go for resale. In addition, changing the clientele that purchases these unit will most likely have negative impact to the surrounding area.

Not only is the design inconsistent with the surrounding neighborhoods, there is no accounting for enough off street parking for visitors. Also, what is the plan to treat runoff water before it is returned to the McAlpine Creek water system?

This whole plan is wrong on so many levels

Too many houses, insufficient parking, loss of animal habitat. Just a few, of many, reasons why you should deny the rezoning request and preserve the present character of our neighborhoods.

Please do not change the nature of our neighborhood.

Too many houses on this small plot of land will lead to congestion, lower water PSI, homes do not meet the City's Southern District Plan, danger to pedestrians who try to cross Sardis Rd North to get to a parking space. Would you like this in your neighborhood ????

I don’t believe the rezoning and development of this land is in line with the area and will disrupt the lives of those already living in the area. It will also disrupt the vibrant wild life the community has and loves.

As a resident of this neighborhood, I do not want to see the entrance to my neighborhood re-zoned for multiple reasons already named by others.

This will be disruptive to the Sardis Woods Subdivision not only during construction but thereafter due to numerous reasons. One of most obvious will be parking on adjacent and nearby streets(only eight{8} on-site spaces available for 18 residences).

I oppose this rezoning.

I oppose the rezoning. There is no sound logic for rezoning the property in this manner. It’s ludicrous.

I don’t think this should be rezoned
