These meets are an excellent way to connect with like minded people. The more we offer the youth of Enfield and surrounding towns, the less likely they are to indulge in drugs, vandalism, and nefarious acts. I've personally attended meets hosted by Alex Gould and he does an excellent job of keeping the area clean, organized, and the denizens of Enfield safe from reckless drivers. This meet is no longer Highschool age kids getting together to compete in car builds, etc. but a large gathering of mature car enthusiasts that are there to showcase their builds and meet others who wish to do the same. Let's keep these meets legal and in Enfield!!

Its was well put together and was nothing crazy happing .it only car men and women getting together and enjoying a nice night of cars and friends I even took my kids very fun

All I want to do is.meet like minded people who enjoy cars as much as me. It is an inherent right in this country to have the freedom to organize in such a way, under the guidance of city officials and quite unlawful to disallow such a gathering because of your own prejudice or preconceived notions about what it means to enjoy modifying cars.

No matter what it is theres always a few irresponsible people to ruin it for the community, this is a great way to get us all together as you said! It shouldn't be ruined just because of a few people who don't appreciate the meets, just like ANY other event (fairs, festivals, parades) there will always be those people.

Yes it keeps us out of trouble & our kids love to see the nice cars this is our hobby & just want to show off our love for our cars . So please I hope they say YES !!!

I think this is a great idea. I live in Enfield but I am from New York and everyone would get together and do this as well back at home every Friday night weather permitting. I see no harm in this! Just some people who are trying to stay out of trouble and it gives people something to look forward to.

Car meets are harmless, and are fun for the whole family. We should be able to enjoy them without police enforcement bothering us.

A great way for adults to spend some civilized time while shoeing off some car art! I think its great.I am a mom of 3 kids 12 and under and I plan on showing up Sunday with them!

This was well organized event, quite enjoyable. We are planning on attending the next one, and bringing others with us. We hope this continues, the car lovers in the area are enjoying it.
