The impact on our life's is that it keeps us awake, during the early hours of the morning on a regular basis and makes thw area unsafe for normal hardworking residents.

I have been to one of these cruise nights in Enfield all it was was a bunch of potheads and drunks hanging out I even saw someone having sex with themselves in the backseat of a 2014 mustang
