Summit park clubhouse is the “go to place” for many residents based upon the people that work there and make it a positive environment. To have two excellent bartenders be made examples on the busiest night of the year is very upsetting. Halloween mugnight is unlike any other night at the clubhouse. It’s crowded, loud, and beyond stressful for those who work it. Some bartenders at summit prefer not to work mugnight due to the stressful environment. However these were two people up to the challenge and did it well despite a mistake any employee would have made on that night. They both exemplify the qualities you would want in any employee but only rarely will you be able to find a person that fits it. I am more than certain summit park will not be able to find any candidates that even compare to these hardworking individuals. Please reconsider this decision. Not only are Donny and Kaylin good employees they are good people that do not deserve to be with out jobs. Donny has always been a hard worker and it is very easy to see evidence of that any Monday night at the clubhouse when he is managing a large crowd with drink and food orders on his own. He also has taken the time to get to know the residents as well as let us learn about him. He is the reason many people come to the bar ,when he is working because you know you will get excellent service and a friendly face. Kaylin also is a valuable member of the summit park community. She is a pleasure to talk to and I have never seen her with out a warm smile on her face. Once again I urge you to reconsider this decison for the summit community. It would be a huge loss to the company to have this hardworking individuals go to other bars... I am more than sure they would take a large following of summit park patrons with them.

It is absurd that two wonderful bartenders are being terminated. They are not being judged on their abilities but because of a "secret shopper"... it is a hard environment with residents bringing in guests and the bartenders having to rely on someone carding at the door. Non members will still try to get in regardless of what bartender you hire. So please bring back these two wonderful bartenders and give them a second chance
