Corporate greed will eat itself in the end. Destruction of solid, established, accessible housing is destroying what makes London special: a diverse community with all levels of income!! These are real people's homes you are destroying!

What right does anyone have to take away good people's homes?

My late mother lived at 25 Summers by Road 30 odd years ago. She would be so upset to think of it being demolished. Lovely flats.

you have my full support. Our housing association landlord,(One Housing Group) are going to court to evict us despite us paying our rent and them not doing maintenance.

I think it is wrong to demolish sound housing when there is such a shortage of good homes, especially in London. If these people are happy leave them alone, a strong community is priceless.

If only rich people can live in central London, working class people who provide the services (which enable their lives to function) will all have to live miles out and commute in - just like in South African aparthied. Class aparthied.

Obviously the flats aren't making enough of an income for someone.

This would be devastating to PEOPLE and their lives. Think before you destroy - empathy and understanding go a long way.

Second homes, especially for non UK taxpayers, should be taxed until the pips squeak!

the government has to stop - this is a welfare state. Stop cutting benefits and spend your taxes on the less privileged of society. I hope the PM lives to the day where he has no benefits and housing.
