Its sad to see the same doctor kevin gordon is the same doctor my daughter has. She started having seizures 3 years ago. They call it normal development. It scares me because my brother, has brain cancer, developed by a tumir he unknowingly had since a child but treated as sleep apnea. I myself was hit by a car and had a brain scan told i was okay until i had my second opinion. Which i was told they couldnt understand how they could have missed a concussion. Why they feel they need to rush a patient because of whatever reason. Its sad to see it. I've seen medical malpractice in the making. Lord knows theyve almost killed my grandfather (rip) and gave my grandmother the superbug (didnt change her gloves) but most importantly... No apologies for their actions. Im signing this for you but in the end of it all for my family as well. Best of luck!

Please help stop the mass human rights violation and systemic abuse that victims of medical malpractice and their families suffer.

I was really touched of Jessica's story and what her and her family went through watching the Youtube video. I am studying healthcare myself and want to prevent medical errors like this from happening as much as possible. Change needs to come quick to prevent stories like Jessica's.

we must make the medical system and doctors accountable. Double, triple checking charts and prognossis in every step of evaluation. This needs to stop now.

I stumbled over this video while watching a medication error video for nursing school; and I must tell you how deeply this video moved me. I see nothing but your family's strength and fight. When I obtain my RN license I will work to assure my patients are heard. I am greatly sorry to hear of this story, but so happy that you have spread the word to stop medical error. This is a travesty that a monopoly; our allopathic doctors get away with murder. If Chiropractor or Naturopathic physicians caused a death they would go to jail, it would make headlines front page news and MD’s HoHum another one dead; page 10 one paragraph. When are Allopathic Dr's going to "DO NO Harm!" Remember the Hippocratic Oath! They are trained to manage not cure chronic illness. MD Dr’s use toxic (poisonous, virulent, noxious, deadly, dangerous, harmful, injurious.) drugs to manage chronic health problems. It must be genetic if they don't know the cause, What about EPIGENETICS? Do MD's know what that is? Instead of Pharmaceuticals! What about Nutraceuticals? MD’s that do no harm and cure people are subjected to “Witch Hunts” and lose their licence to practice, why? Big Pharma loses money. It’s about the money. Dr. Burzynski's cancer research and patient care has been inspired by the philosophy of the physician Hippocrates: 'First, do no harm'. Every few years a Witch Hunt is conducted on Dr. Burzynski by the State of Texus for Big Pharma trying to take away his DR’s Licence to practice because he cures cancer. Just ask the hundreds of people he has cured.

In 2010, my Mother was killed, at one of our local hospitals, in Michigan. The grief was unbearable, and our lives will never be the same.

I have suffered chronic pain for 8 years. I am certain the pelvic and rectal pain is caused my Filshie clips used in my tubal ligation. The clips need to be removed, I developed a life threatening nerve compression injury because a clip had become lose and migrant within my pelvis, I still feel like I am sitting on a hard piece of metal. I am incontinent with stool and the neuralgia I feel is very painful, I cannot move or sit and lie down in any comfort. Please help me.

As one suffering from constant medical harm, I am appalled that nothing is being done to stop the bad education and biases doctors and nurses harbor.

From personal experience, I can tell everyone that point Number 7 wasn't followed in my case in Quebec. The Medical Examiner's Office and the Ombudsman's Office of the Montreal Neurological Institute denied any wrongdoing when I presented them with my complaint. I've got no hippocampus, no amygdala and have Lupus Anticoagulant to boot. Dr. Andre Olivier, won a Lifetime Achievement Award and was allegedly paid for committing these crimes. Number 7 isn't correct when it comes to Quebec.
