Dear Blizzard,
Ever since the release of the expansion Warlords of Draenor the game has been broken. Too many servers are full to the point where staying in queue is not even an option anymore because it takes to long.
I've heard people taking time off of work to play, and they have paid money for the expansion, which is roughly $/€40. And a subscription which is around $/€13.
Now people are wasting time and money on a game that they can't even play.
There are many disconnects while in queue and in-game. Resulting in a longer queue time again.
Even if you get in the game half of the game doesn't work. Quests are all in the same place, so a lot of people can't finish quests, or even accept them.
There is such a delay in enemy pop-ups and attacks that it is very dangerous to go out and do the quests.
Many event quests don't work due to the lag, it doesn't register you at the time and place and you can restart again.
So here by I request that every full server gets a free character migration, and a full refund on at least one month (or a free month)
