I am signing the petition, first and foremost, because I am tired of the comment sections of my favorite Youtubers full of trolls, spammers and haters. So many in fact, that the honest comments of true fans get lost in the miriad of hate and loathing. I am also signing this petition because all of the aforementioned unsavory parties make it very hard, almost impossible for new Youtubers to even get started. When you are just starting out, nothing is perfect or polished. You are trying to establish yourself, and all of the negative and hatefull comments just add to the anxiety you are already feeling.

I think Subscriber only comments is a great idea. I think it will make it harder for people who troll in the comment section to do so.

I hope this really gets through. I know how it feels to see many negative comments and i feel this would be a little helpful on not seeing hateful comments right after a video is uploaded. Please stop hating, people.
