I believe that this would help the YouTube community a better place for everyone. It'd probably attract a whole lot more people too considering that there wouldn't be as many of these issues as there are now.

I agree, it would greatly reduce the amount of abusive comments and give the channel owner/owners a chance to communicate with their subscribers.

I would like to have this done because I hate to see others diss other you tubers and adding a time period of 1 to 2 days that you have to be subscribed to a channel in order to comment on videos like gunnsforhire on brain freeze from YouTube said as well
