This is a fantastic idea. The amount of troll and frankly unnecessary comments that show up on any YouTube channel is just so large that a concept like this would be a great way to prevent this issue.

This is true, there are many gaming and family videos in which there is supposed to be a safe haven from negative users, but even family vids have negative users!
