I am strongly opposed to the new subdivision near Havenwood due to the safety hazards, traffic, property value , flood hazards, etc.

Wholeheartedly disapprove of this proposal for new subdivision. Infrastructure in the surrounding area is completely insufficient…roads, sewer/water, sidewalks, accessibility, safety concerns, and saturated roadways that are already unsafe and hard to travel on.

I agree with this petition and it's concerns. I would like to suggest that Walnut street (Adjacent to the local Marathon) be open to the new subdivision.

The proposed saddle Creek subdivision traffic should not be routed through the existing Havenwood Meadows subduvision. There is an empty field to the west of both subject subdivisions in which a new road to Hillsdale road could be built.

The continued development on the north side with little to no attention to infrastructure improvement ie roads demonstrates an incredible lack of insight by those we put in charge of handling these matters. West to East transit from the north side is a disaster. This planned development puts us in danger of repeating the debacle that is now Kansas Rd between Petersburg Rd and 57, a direct result of unabated subdivision development along that corridor with entry and exit from a narrow county road not even remotely designed for that degree of traffic flow. The result is not only dangerous but unsightly and in my opinion actually limits north side growth in the long run. I am all for growth. But let's do it correctly.

Traffic concerns for Hillsdale Rd and 41 intersection. Along with apartments planned on the west side of 41 and Hillsdale would create a VERY unsafe traffic situation.

The Highway 41 and Hillsdale Road intersection is already a dangerous intersection. This subdivision will only increase traffic and increase the potential for accidents. In addition, the traffic congestion will already be increased by the addition of the apartment complex slated to be built on the west side of 41 and Hillsdale. As a resident of Havenswood Meadows, I am extremely concerned with the increase of traffic this subdivision will bring to our neighborhood.

I live off of Browning Road, but use Hillsdale Road daily to go to work and come home from work. This road is very heavily traveled and I was already nervous about the massive apartment complex being built just west of Highway 41. I can't imagine what this would do to a very dangerous intersection. Our last home was in a McCutchanville subdivision that had 2 entrances off of major county roads and it was terrifying how many people would cut through in a "hurry" to get places. Our kids were forbidden from playing in the front yard. I can only imagine something similar happening to the individuals of Havenwood Meadows. There were also be a ton of additional individuals traveling on Kansas Road (which is already a nightmare) trying to get to the east side. The McCutchanville road infrastructure is not built for all the house cramming going on.

Any new subdivisions should have at least two entrances for emergency events. There should be a separate entrance for any subdivisions.

The streets cannot handle the number of cars anticipated for this size and density of a development! Drainage is already a problem. This will require the widening of major thoroughfares and the installation of a light at several intersections.

I oppose the proposed saddle creek estates subdivision due to the multiplied traffic influx in havenwood meadows neighborhood. One access and egress to the current subdivision is not enough. Adding an additional subdivision would only put pedestrians, especially children, in harms way.
