I strongly oppose the large development of Saddle Creek subdivision due to the influx of high traffic not suitable for the area.

I am 100% AGAINST the Saddle Creek Estates subdivision using streets passing through the Havenwood Meadows subdivision for access and egress.

I strongly oppose the development of " Saddle Creek Estates" because of the adverse conditions it will create for those of us who live in this area.

The proposed Saddle Creek Estate subdivision, with its 128 proposed building lots, will put increased pressure on the infrastructure in the McCutchanville area. The intersection of Hillsdale and Hwy 41 is extremely busy and dangerous from all directions. When turning east on to Hillsdale from 41, there is no deceleration turn lane, and the shoulder of 41 is riddled with pot holes. Even with turn signals on way before the turn, I have been almost run over by semi-trucks going in excess of 65 miles per hour. In the mornings, it is not uncommon to have 4 to 6 cars stopped at 41, waiting on the 2 to 3 cars already in the median, attempting to turn south on 41. And, who in their right mind would approve a new subdivision with one of its two primary ways on ingress and egress being through another subdivision. This can only hamper the present owners of Havenwood in selling their homes, resulting financial losses due to decreased property values caused by the higher traffic in their current neighborhood. With more cars been funneled through Havenwood Meadows subdivison, these problems will only be worse. As others have commented, Baumgart and Kansas Roads are ill equipped to handle any more traffic and have very dangerous curves. I was recently trapped on Kansas between 57 and Old Petersburg due to a vehicle fire, and the emergency responders could hardly get their vehicles to the blazing car. The safety of all residents (both current and potential) must receive the highest priority. This new subdivision should be approved without proper safeguards for all.

Please reconsider allowing this subdivision to be built. The intersection is dangerous as it is already. I travel Hwy 41 south to get to work. There are many times when people will turn off of Hillsdale road which causes traffic to suddenly have to slow down. The only way to make it safer there is to add a stop light and we definitely do not need that! Please consider the residents who live around this subdivision and reject the proposal instead of looking only at the amount of money to be made

Intersection is dangerous enough without adding more traffice, plus who wants another dang traffic light on Hwy 41!!

I am against the new subdivision. Highway 41 and Hillsdale cannot take on more traffic/congestion. Very dangerous intersection.

As a resident whose house backs up to Hillsdale, I have a huge concern regarding extra traffic added to an already heavily traveled road and most times at higher than safe speeds. Way higher than safe speeds! That's not mentioning the nightmare of an intersection onto Hwy 41. Please do not answer that with yet another stoplight. Maybe this time we could plan ahead and not just stick another stoplight on this highway but rather think ahead that maybe, just maybe, another area of land would be better suited for this idea. I haven't even mentioned the activity for future use of the land on the other side of Hwy 41 from Hillsdale. More traffic for whatever that's clearing to become. Does it take repeated car accidents until someone is killed before we stop congesting an already extremely dangerous intersection??

I agree with most, we try to keep our neighborhood safe and we have many families that enjoy evening walks with the small children. Adding traffic to the neighborhood makes it dangerous. I am concerned about the type of dwellings that may be built in the proposed subdivision bringing down the values of the established neighborhoods.

Need the proper infrastructure first to handle the population increase safely at Hwy. 41 and Hillsdale.

Already too much traffic and speeding on Browning Rd. Too much trash and beer cans already. This area should not be turned into subdivisions.

We have had one entryway for years and I feel like they can deal with the same thing one entryway like us. This is for everyone's safety.

I worry for family that lives in the existing neighborhood who will face increased high speed traffic if the new neighborhood is connected. I'm just worried about the children.

The infrastructure in McCutchanville does not support the development of this subdivision. The intersection of Hillsdale and Hwy 41 is extremely busy, with traffic backing up and cars two to three deep in the median in the early morning and late afternoons. This will be exacerbated by the proposed development on West Hillsdale Rd. Additionally, Baumgart and Kansas Roads are also ill equipped to handle any more traffic and have very dangerous curves. I am not in favor of ingress and egress being through Havenwood Meadows Subdivision. The roads in this subdivision are not equipped to handle the additional traffic load both during the construction and thereafter. Residents' safety should be a top priority. In addition, if the subdivision were to be connected to Havenwood Meadows Drive, there is an argument that the developer should be required to adhere to the existing subdivision restrictions.
