When they say that most parents and students want offline exams, they're lying. They're making stuff up and distorting the truth. In reality 80% students and parents DONT WANT OFFLINE EXAMS. WE ARE NOT READY. UNDERSTAND THAT. We students and parents are against offline exams because it's still risky outside due to covid and dps has a big population, students are not mentally ready or comfortable with the sudden shift from online to offline, the means of transport is not agreeable and we are not ready to use school buses or public transport. And most of all, we are angry that the school has refused to take the parents and students opinion before making the announcement that offline exams are mandatory, and they aren't truly following govt guidelines. According to the govt, offline and online classes are optional and the education ministry also mentioned that it is not recommended that students take formal assessments immediately in order to ensure their emotional and physical well being. They suggest that schools take offline classes in a staggered fashion before beginning full time offline classes or formal assessments.

The awfully short notice is atrocious and the carelessness and disregard for children and people at home is absolutely disappointing. DPS was a golden school and its name is in shambles. You can't force us to expose ourselves without "consent". That consent means nothing when the rule says it's compulsory

as if students weren't already pressured with all this corona situation and other exams, u guys decided to conduct finals online. and we were informed on such a short notice. starting offline from the next academic year is all we want. is that too much to ask?

It seems that teachers still do not care about us. It is really heartbreaking to see that . arent we also individuals, who have our own justified opinion. Is it really a democratic nations? Do our voices not matter in this crucial decision which the teachers have taken without even asking us first. It was confirmed to be online and suddenly it is offline!!. This is just pathetic. I am so disappointed. I really hope they take back their decision so i can still see them as adults not hypocrites
