Dear Principal mam,
You having exams offline will cost so much to national waste. Thousands of Cars/cabs Fuel - twice a day to drop n pick-up adding to that is air pollution. Lot of inconvenience to working Parents and for parents working from home. Let us not waste the resources to please God knows whom??!!??
If you are so very keen on conducting offline exams provide school bus so the national waste is minimised.
Best option is to conduct online exams. That way neither of us will be wasting the resources.
Your consent letter is too too cruel, inhumane, unempatheic to say the least. I have to question you on the basic values, principles, ethics you practice and preach.

I honestly regret to comment on this particular issue because I am also a teacher working from home. My daughter being a new student to your school finds it difficult to manage the stress of being at home all through the day, attending online classes, and not particularly not able to meet any students and make friends with them. It would be tough for her to come to the school only to JUST write. It would have been much more better if you had started classes a month before and then announced an exam . As a parent, offline exams puts everyone in to trouble without a school bus too.
