The connection is so bad I've resorted to putting a booster in my bedroom. Not acceptable really given we pay £118 a week to live in Clarice Cliff

They expect us to access online platforms like blackboard and email when the wifi is so bad. It's just not gonna work

Signs in and out every minute or so, at worst it's around every 10 seconds. Went almost a week where I couldn't connect at all. Really not worth the money the uni are paying for it currently.

Payed £50 for the year, still ridiculously buggy and never stays connected regardless of Ethernet cable connection.

in my room the connection drops every minute making it impossible to do anything that requires a stable connection. i have purchased a phone contract because i gave up on using the wifi.

I don't even have a functioning Ethernet port in my room as the wires have been cut from the room divider which can't be fixed unless I move out or purchase a signal booster. I see this as stupid as I'm paying top money for premium accommodation n shouldn't fix this problem myself but the university should as its there fault for shredding the wires.
