We as a collective semester would like to request from the senior leadership to reduce the restrictions placed on the pinning ceremony. Through this petition, it is a collective agreement that we feel this is an intimate time for us to symbolize our accomplishment of moving from the role of student to nurse. Many of these guest would be those who were our biggest supporters during this journey. We firmly believe the college would like to support and celebrate us as well by allotting more guest that can be accomodated by the college with a bigger space to ensure proper social distancing.

Personally the nursing program is the most covid aware program. We are all required to be vaccinated and are COVID aware. We have worked to hard to have the graduation ceremony be delayed and to now have these restrictions placed on us for the pinning ceremony.
We need at LEAST 2 guests for pinning, and please not the cafe!!!!

We have been through A LOT with Covid. We have earned more than one family member there with us to celebrate our perseverance and accomplishments.
