Kamden,
In Hawaii we are required to wear masks in public and it has worked well. Our infection rate was down to zero before our Governor opened up the Hawaii Economy again and put 14 day shelter in place restrictions on travelers.
Since we have opened up our economy our infection rate has gone up. 8-25 people infected a day. However, if we didn't wear masks in public , I'm sure it would be MUCH higher!!!
